PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: July 27, 2026 Last Updated: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Kiki Collective LLC ("we," "us," or
"our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Tally ("the
App"). By using Tally, you agree to the practices described in this
policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide directly. When you use Tally, you provide us
with information including your name and email address (received from
Google or Apple when you sign in), photos of your home and belongings
that you capture or upload, inventory data including item names,
descriptions, categories, brands, and estimated values, room names and
organization, and photos of receipts, warranties, and appraisal
documents.
Information collected automatically. We collect certain information
automatically when you use the App, including your device type and
operating system, app version, general usage patterns (such as
features used and frequency of use), and error and crash data. We do
not collect precise location data.
Information from third parties. When you sign in with Google or Apple,
we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier from that
provider. We do not receive your passwords. When you subscribe to
Tally Pro, we receive purchase confirmation and subscription status
from Apple or Google through our payment processor, RevenueCat. We do
not receive your full payment card details.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
Create and maintain your account
Sync your inventory data across your devices
Process photos through AI to identify and value items
Generate clean catalog-style images of your items
Generate insurance-ready inventory reports
Manage your subscription and process payments
Send you important notices about your account or the App
Improve the performance and reliability of the App
Respond to your support requests
Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your photos or inventory data to train AI models, and we
do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information
only in the following circumstances.
Service providers. We share data with trusted third-party companies
that help us operate the App. These include:
Supabase — stores your account information, inventory data, and photos
on our behalf
OpenAI — receives photos you scan and item names you enter in order to
identify items and estimate values. OpenAI processes this data under
their privacy policy and API terms, which prohibit using API inputs to
train their models.
Photoroom — receives photos of individual items in order to generate
clean catalog-style images for your inventory. Photoroom processes
this data under their privacy policy.
RevenueCat — manages subscription status and purchase verification
Railway — hosts our backend API server
Apple and Google — provide authentication and, where applicable,
payment processing
Each of these providers is contractually required to protect your data
and use it only to provide services on our behalf.
Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do
so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe
disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of
Kiki Collective LLC, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If Kiki Collective LLC is involved in a merger,
acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as
part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information
becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
4. YOUR PHOTOS AND THE AI SCANNING FEATURE
When you use Tally's camera scanning feature, photos you take are
transmitted to our API server and then to OpenAI's API for item
identification, and in some cases to Photoroom's API to generate clean
catalog-style images of individual items. This means images of your
home and belongings leave your device and are processed by third-party
AI services. We transmit only what is necessary to perform the scan
and do not store images on OpenAI's or Photoroom's systems beyond the
processing of your request. You can review their privacy policies at
openai.com and photoroom.com.
If you are uncomfortable with photos being transmitted externally, you
may choose not to use the AI scanning feature and instead add items to
your inventory manually.
5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your inventory data and photos are stored securely using Supabase,
which provides encrypted storage and access controls. We use
industry-standard security measures to protect your information in
transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage or
transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as
needed to provide you with the App. If you delete your account, we
will remove your personal data and inventory content from our systems
within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain
information by law or for legitimate business purposes such as
resolving disputes or preventing fraud.
7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Access and correction. You can view and edit your inventory data
directly within the App at any time.
Deletion. You can delete individual items, rooms, or your entire
account from within the App. Deleting your account removes all
associated data from our systems within 30 days.
Subscription management. You can cancel your Tally Pro subscription at
any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under
applicable privacy law, including the right to request a copy of the

for targeted advertising. To exercise your rights, contact us at

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that
information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information
from a child under 13, please contact us at [email protected].
11. INTERNATIONAL USERS

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The App may reference or integrate with third-party services. This
Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we

review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top
of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Your
